My stay at Hotel Zola Cassetta was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice garden view, but adjusting the heater was a bit tricky. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, although there were moments when they seemed a little unsure about everything offered at the hotel. The location is gorgeous but somewhat distant from main attractions, making it less convenient. While the dining could use a bit more variety, it was satisfactory enough for a relaxing getaway.
